Candle Burning Information and Safety

Wicks should be trimmed to a 1/4"
Do not burn for longer than 3 hours at a time.
Never leave a candle unattended and keep away from children, pets and flammable objects.
MenScents.net is not responsible for any mishaps caused by not adhering to the safety warning label affixed to the candle.

Money Back Guarantee - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product - simply return it for a complete refund (minus s&h).
Refund Procedure (Please follow these directions very carefully):
1. You must contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA #).
2. Once you receive the Return Authorization number - you can return any un-used candles. Be sure to include a copy of the sales receipt. We suggest that you insure, or use a tracking number (or both), for your package.
3. The following calculation will be used to determine the amount of the refund: Total price (listed as the Grand Total on your receipt) minus (-) Shipping & Handling.
4. Refused packages, Wrong addresses, or Undeliverable parcels, will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The following calculation will be used to determine the amount of the refund: Total price (listed as the Grand Total on your receipt) minus (-) a 25% restocking fee, minus (-) Shipping & Handling.
5. Any deviation from our return policy could result in you not receiving your refund in a timely manner.
6. All refunds will be paid via PayPal (no exceptions).

2. Regular shipping available for the United States only.
3. Products are shipped usually within 1 to 2 business days. However, in some cases (such as special orders) it may take longer.
4. Shipping usually takes 2 to 3 business days once it is shipped (can take longer in some situations, such as Christmas time).
5. Products are shipped by US Priority Mail in most cases.
6. If your package is lost, rifled, or damaged - we cannot, and will not, be held liable. Most packages are shipped with a tracking number to prevent this - but this is no guarantee.
